Advocacy

At NICU Parent Health, we believe speaking up and advocating for change are critical to the success of NICU families.  NICU parents are advocates on a personal level in the form of asking questions of medical professionals and making informed decisions on the care of their child.  But they can also be advocates for change within their communities by raising awareness of issues impacting NICU families and communicating their needs to local, state and federal representatives.
